History Grinders is a radio show broadcast from St. Ambrose KALA radio station in Davenport, Iowa.

The show invites guests who have a deep insight into the selected event history of the day and a panel of "deciders" who then discuss and vote at the conclusion of the show as to whether it was relevant or irrelevant.

Come join our hosts as they explore event history and various historical topics that relate to our current event history and you decide if it is relevant or irrelevant!!!

The hosts of History Grinders are two gentlemen steeped in history with the burning desire to make it relevant, even if it causes them to be irrelevant in the process.  John Kealey and Jay Swords are those two fellas and they push to dig deeper into event history and unique historical perspectives as they challenge their guests to determine if historical topics are relevant or irrelevant.
